Matapos kumpirmahin ang kanyang relasyon kay Ellen Adarna, sinabi ni Derek Ramsay na balang araw ay magpapakasal na siya.
Nakapanayam si Derek ng G3 San Diego ng Mega at dito nga ay tinanong sia tungkol sa kanyang bagong girlfriend na si Ellen Adarna.
Sinabi niya sa panayam na ito na hindi na niya mahintay ang araw ng kanyang kasal at hindi na umano siya magkakaproblema.
"You will see me married one day. You will. I know" Saad ni Derek
Sa nasabig panayam, tinanong si Derek kug ano ang kanyang reaksyon sa mga taong nagsasabi na siya raw ang tipo ng lalaki na hinding hindi magpapakasal.
"I don't understand. If that was the case, then why would I be in relationships? These relationships are stepping stones to define that person who you are going to be with. I'm not using these women. I get into commitment with them because I think they have the qualities I want in a woman who I want to spend the rest of my life with" Dagdag pa ng Kapuso actor.
"But sometimes, people clash and you only get to see that side through time. And that's what's happened to me. And I don't want to jump into something that's supposed to be infinite. No excuses. You can't just go and get yourself annulled or get divorced. I elive that marriage is infinite." Ayon kay Derek.
Ayon sa aktor, kumpara sa dati nyang mag naging relasyon, ngayon lamang siya na in-love ng ganito.
Wala umanong 'dull moments" pag kasama niya si Ellen dahil gaya niya napakasaya rin umano nitong kasama.
Tinanong si Derek kung si Ellen na ba ang kanyang pakakasalan at sinabi nitong, "my heart tells me, If I don't follow through with this one, I'll regret it. Everything in my heart is telling me that, she's the one"
